SOK9T serves the following areas of Manhattan
Westside North to W 96 St, Riverside to CPW — South to Houston St, Hudson River to 5th Ave
Eastside North to E 86 St, 5th Ave to 2nd Ave — South to 14 St, W B'way to 2nd Ave
If you are out of our covered areas or from other boroughs, we would meet in Central Park West locations – 59 St, 72 St, or 96 St.
A travel fee may be required if beyond the covered areas. (K9 Training Services Manhattan)

Please note: My schedule at this time does not allow me to train on the east side of Manhattan or below 14th St. on the East Side. Most aggression, reactivity, or guarding issues, even in the home, are most effectively addressed in a different environment, mainly outdoors in Central Park West, where there are fenced-in areas when needed, always distractions, and many dogs/people to work around. *However, we will plan at least one in-home visit if any in-home unwanted behavioral issues persist. *Training in your home depends on your location.

Appointment Hours
Client hours outside my Hell's Kitchen base: Mon-Sun 11:00 am — 4:00 pm.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
You may change your reservation for any services up to 48 hours before it is scheduled. The full session fee will be charged for any cancellations/missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice.

Class Expiration
Paid for services must be used within four months from the time of purchase.

COVID Guidelines
Please Adhere to the Following Safety Guidelines: It is requisite to maintain social distancing and wear masks indoors for our safety. And I will only work in a home with up to two people present at a time during the training session. Taking turns being in the training area with another family member is okay. Please keep at least a few windows open when possible to maximize airflow. Also, please keep your face-mask on for the entire session, covering both the mouth and nose. If necessary, please reschedule if you do not feel well and note that the lesson will end and be forfeited if anyone presents with symptoms.

Follow-Up Support for Training Lessons
Following any training lessons, if you have a questions or issue, please e-mail or call me during business hours Monday-Sunday. With few exceptions, phone calls/email will be returned the same day or within 24 hours. I am committed to your dog's great success and you.

FREE Drop-In Group Classes
After completing one of our training packages, you can transition into our FREE Drop-In Group Classes from three to twelve months (depending on the training package you purchased). Group classes are held between March–November (not held during snow/rain; & <38°/>88°) in Central Park West. We will provide the exact time and location in CPW, to you at the end of your classes. You can drop-in when you want. All you need to do is RSVP by email at least 24 hours before the monthly class you'd like to attend.
Please Note
– Classes are 60 minutes long and start on time. 
– Dogs must be on a leash. 
– Two people maximum per dog, please. 
– Limit up to 20 people (NYC CP rules) and 18 dogs per class. 
– Social distancing and face masks are required. 
The FREE Drop-In Group Classes are an added-value program. And, dates, times, the number of monthly classes, and the offering's length are subject to change or removal without notice.
*Free Drop-In Group Class times and locations are subject to change. Additionally, SOK9T can cancel individual classes or stop offering all "Free Drop-In Group Classes" anytime.

Payments
Please pay for all training and services in full, on-line by credit card in advance of all scheduled training sessions or other services. Visa and MasterCard, PayPal accepted.

Photos/Videos
Photos/videos may be taken of your dog(s) while working with Spot-On K9 Training for use in marketing or training materials. By using Spot-On K9 Training, you agree to allow Spot-On K9 Training to use your dog’s name and any images or likeness taken during any of our walking or training programs. We will never disclose your name without your prior written consent or having uploaded or displayed it.

Refunds/Exchanges/Unused Classes
I regret that exchanges for scheduled services are not available for cancelled/missed appointments with less than 48 hours prior notice. The client absolutely understands that SOK9T does not offer Refunds, and clients will not seek to collect Refunds, make Exchanges, or Transfers for unused classes or services.

Unconfirmed Classes Will be Forfeited
To be fair to my clients trying to schedule class time: if SOK9T provided and sent you specific dates for your class schedule and you do not confirm or cancel those dates within three days after receiving them, nor do you try to contact SOK9T or cancel or change dates, then SOK9T will cancel those unconfirmed dates, and the classes will be forfeited without a refund, exchange or change of date. Also, there are no refunds for missed classes, canceled classes with less than 48hrs notice, or unconfirmed classes.

Referral Program
The SOK9T Referral Program allows me to give-back to my clients and say, I Ruff You. SOK9T will Venmo, or send you $30 cash or gift certificate for each newly-referred client. Very Spot-On!

*Travel Fees
Other boroughs, or non-covered areas: Please inquire about training and possible travel fees in your area.
Manhattan: Beyond covered area; $50-$100+ round trip per class. If necessary, traveling more than 10-blocks and less than15 from the closest subway station: $30+ round trip per lesson.
Outer-boroughs: Round trip fees per lesson
